Review: I have repeatedly requested billing details on my account, which have been completely ignored. They are currently billing me over $400, and to date have not justified why, nor responded to my requests and demands for a detailed accounting of all charges and receipts (and English translations) from January 2012 to present.Desired Settlement: A written detailed accounting, with English translation of medical shorthand, of all charges and receipts (and who those receipts are from), starting in January 2012 to present, so that I can analyze what they are attempting to bill me.

Dear Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania,
RHM, Inc. received your request for a written response regarding ID [redacted] complaint. Your letter is dated September 30, 2013 and it was received in my office on Friday October 5, 2013.
Please reference the enclosed letter dated September 26, 2013 sent to the customer in response to her letter received same day. This letter is the first inquiry we have received from this customer regarding payment on account [redacted].
Additionally, the customer would have received several explanation of benefits from her insurance company detailing what we billed to insurance, what her insurance paid, and what was transferred to patient liability. In this customer's case her insurance transferred the charges toward her unpaid deductible. RHM is billing based on her insurance plan and those records are enclosed as well.
If this customer is still unsatisfied after receiving details in writing I suggest she make contact with her Insurance company [redacted] to obtain a deeper understanding of her insurance to include any deductible obligations.
To date, RHM has not received any payment toward this purchased equipment provided to her in Jan 2013 from the insurance company or the customer.
