The billing issue that has been brought to our attention has been resolved. We have issued a Check [redacted] in the amount of $61.25 on 3/17/16.   Our policy is not to prorate however due to the situation an exception was made.  When our specialist spoke to the client she gave him a...

prorated rate from his insurance carrier of $12.50 versus the retail prorated rate of 125.00 a month.  The client will receive another check in the mail for $43.60 in addition to the $61.25 already sent. This will be approved, cut and mailed by 3/31/17. I USED TO USE HIS COMPANY WITH MY INSURANCE I HAD WHEN EMPLOYED. SINCE NOW ON DISABILITY AND NOW MEDICARE I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THE INSURANCE SITUATION AND THEY ADVISED THEY DONT DO MEDICARE. SO SHE REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER VENDOR.
NOW OUT OF THE BLUE I RECEIVE A PACKAGE FILLED WITHCPAP EQUIPMENT I DIDN'TASK FOR OR ORDER. THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND IF YOU CALL TRANSFER AND THERE I BELIVE HOPING YOU'LL JUST GIVE UP!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a wheel chair for my wife and was sold the wrong chair, and RHM didn't properly inform me that Medicare wouldn't pay for it. When Medicare refused payment, but found RHM responsible for not informing me, they appealed, and lied in a Medicare hearing. The case is still under appeal.

They are a dishonest company and I strongly recommend avoiding them.
