Roberts Heating and Cooling

Review: Roberts Heating and Cooling was the HVAC contractor used by my builder so when I was finishing my basement 4 years after construction, I contacted Jason to install new supplies and returns in the basement along with relocating my air conditioner. As part of the agreement, he was also to provide the register covers/grilles that he said he would drop off after the drywall was hung/completed, so I contacted him several months later. Then over the course of 8 months, Jason would provide explicit dates that he would provide them such as next Wed/Thu or I am picking them up today and drop them off on Saturday. The issue with him delivering the register covers started in May 2015 and now it's December 2015 and I still don't have my register covers. The last communication with him was Tuesday 12/8 at which point he stated times were tough and the best he could do is provide me an update on Friday 12/11; however, Friday has come and gone with no update.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the supply and return covers/grilles. For future potential customers, I would not recommend Jason due to his unprofessional approach and lack of responsiveness.
