Adding an additional charge of $9,405.00, plus $Trash pick up without any discussion with me or my wife or itemized statement of the charges On July 17the MrCredeur and I agreed for him to continue to do the repairs to my house at a cost of $ In his invoice MrCredeur stated that there would be "there will be no extra charges unless customer makes more changes from my orders, price will be discussed" At that time the bill was adjusted from $10,to $17,and MrCredeur was paid the additional monies due from the beginning of the job as we had agreed to pay him 1/at the start of the job, 1/when half of the work was done and the remaining amount to be paid upon completion To this day there has been no such discussion and we did not change any orders in the performance of his work On Friday August 5, MrCredeur came here stating that the work was basically complete with the exception of a few minor things that he would complete later I agreed to
