Mr. [redacted] brought in a vehicle requesting that the alignment be checked out because steering wheel was off center due to hitting a curb. He also at that time requested a state safety/emissions test be done. We noticed the driver side front...

wheel was bent and the car could use a new set of tires on the front. The tires being worn could have contributed to the car sliding into the curb. Upon checking the alignment, the only adjustment needed was the toe set which we performed and on doing that, was also corrected the crocked steering wheel. A few days later he called and said that the steering wheel was not returning to center after cornering. We told him we did not feel this was alignment related but told him to bring it in and we would look at it at no charge. A few days later he came into the shop with paper work from [redacted] showing replacement of the rack & pinion and alignment. We told him we could not do that because we know that vehicle left here aligned and steering wheel corrected. We recently had our alignment equipment serviced and calibration done.
