Roberts A-Z Moving

This moving company was awful. They loaded our Uhaul Uboxes in such a way that many items were severely damaged, and several completely broken. Also, it is worth noting that Uhaul is refusing to pay for the damages even though we paid for insurance, stating that even though the movers were booked through them, it's not their fault items were damaged. Now, when I try to reach Robert he ignores my calls and obviously will not pay for the items; unsurprising given the fact that he, and the mover he brought with him, looked quite unsavory. I would not recommend this company at all, nor would I recommend Uhaul Ubox.

We hired Roberts A-Z Moving to help us move. They sent out two guys to move and load the U-haul. One of the guys just stood there and did nothing, stating that his knee hurt. The other guys did not listen and ended up dropping our couch twice, breaking our smoke detector right off the ceiling, scrating all of my furniture with not once piece left to spare (crib, beds, dressers, tables, etc.) Contacted Robert 3 times and he was suppose to come out and assess the damage but never showed up. He informed me he will not credit me back the money and I will have to take him to court to recieve reimbursement for charges and damage to furniture. He will not answer his phone when I try calling or return my phone calls.
