I would like to rescind my complaint against Roberto’s Tree Service, Complaint number [redacted].  He has contacted me and promises to finish the job he started.Thank you,

Review: [redacted] gave me a bid to put an irrigation system in my back yard and lay a small amount of sod. He stood me up several times. One day he had one worker there who looked to be digging and getting things done, but I told [redacted] on the phone I had to go out of town for business for a few days he asked if I would pay him $500 so that he could pay his workers, get the sod and material. I gave his worker the money. When I got home from my business trip, there was some trenching done but my yard, dirt everywhere, and was not finished and when I called him he said he would come the next day and he didn't. I am now blocked from his phone and he has $500 of my money and did not perform the job he bid on.Desired Settlement: I would like him to give me my money back.
