I made a purchase from survival spy on the 9th of November and was charged for the items on November 10th, but I haven’t received any information from the company on my packageI have tried emailing them using the one on their website and it shows it is not a valid emailI have also called the number posted on their [redacted] page and it just rings for an hourI finally decided to make a complaint on their [redacted] and have since received messages from others saying they have had the same problem with them

I had ordered and paid for an item on November 9th 2017, and today is now the 29th and I have not received a confirmation that my order had shippedI received an email when I paid saying the order was confirmed and I would be notified when it shipped-but that has not happenedI tried to contact survival spy via their website and emailed numerous times with no responseTheir contact us icon for their website does not workI checked facebook and sent another messages and tried their phone number that was listed but it rings foreverI just want my money back ASAP and and super upset about this I also found another lady who had ordered from their site and has been having the exact same issueShe has also filed a complaint
