My salesman approached [redacted] residence and said that we could pave the driveway for $every square foot! The husband was present as well and agreed and at that time before we started we knew that we would not be able to complete the whole driveway and after we were thru laying that portion was asked if they would like to finish because we had the material and they agreed to go ahead knowing we had only completed a little less then half the driveway! Thru out the job Bonnie brought us lemonade offered us to jump in the pool even offered swimming trunks! When the job was done and we presented her with the square footage and the amount it came too..she came down to where all our tools were and our men were loading them thats why there was men there nobody threatened her! In fact I knocked the price down $for them and they were happy and satisfied! Their check took business days to clear so at any point they could have stopped payment or even called and asked us to repair anything they thought was needed or at the time of completion she could have said something and we would have been more then happy to but they were satisfied! As for the name change I have changed my business name once because I was partners with my brother and we split up everyone gets complaints even [redacted] mechanic shops but I strive to make my customers happy and satisfied! I am willing to come there and repair any areas that they feel are not to their satisfaction but as for a refund I will not I did the best I could do and am willing to make right by it! Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we went to the residence and Bonnie screamed for us to get off her property and let her German shepherd out after us! This has been settled in court The judgement was given to the consumer for $on 10/24/16, to be paid in days We will pay within days and advise Revdex.com when it has been paid

Business responded stating that they did go out to the consumer's home several times and she even states in her compliant.We may have forgotten to do the side walk once.However, we do not feel that it warrants a refund

Spoke to the business owner and he stated that he has talked with both the wife and husband and feels that they have buyers remorse and if they did not like the quality of they job, they should have never paid He feel that he has done the job and refuses to give any refund to the consumer
