Review: Since March I have been calling Robert Wood Johnson Billing department (RWJ) to request they submit claims to my insurance company (Aetna) . On a three way call April 29th between me, RWJ and Aetna we learned that RWJ had the wrong billing address on file with Aetna and the checks Aetna sent to RWJ on my behalf were sent to the wrong address and therefore never received. RWJ was to submit their correct address with Aetna and call me to confirm they did same- but today when I called RWJ they had done nothing and the notes on my case were incorrect.Desired Settlement: Please have RWJ correct their address with Aetna so they can receive checks for service and thereafter render to me a corrected bill for all my visits. Thank you
Review: I went for a sleep study test witch was completely covered at the time of my test by my insurance. A year later I got a phone call from a collection agency that I have out standing balance for the reading of the the sleep study test. after further investigation I found out that robert wood johnson medical group (R.W.J.M.G.) had gotten my information wrong some how between them and [redacted] ([redacted]) witch had my correct information and had filed for payment correctly with my insurance and got paid immediately. had the filed it correctly with my insurance it would have been paid in full immediately. now R.W.J.M.G. sent the amount owed to a collection agency for collection and R.W.J.M.G. refuses to pull it from collection even though its 100% a mistake on there part every time I call them they give me the run around even though a representative had acknowledged that it was a mistake on there partDesired Settlement: it sould be pulled from collections immediately and erased from my credit report and leave me with $0 balance
