We have contacted The customer through [redacted] the Quality Control of Aire Serv and have already taken care of the matter there was a small seam around his attic entrance that a third party contract company was contact immediately after the work was performed and there seemed to be confusion on there part with communicating schedulesAfter being notified the work was not completed we quickly contracted another reputable company that took care of this matter we prefer to pay carpenters to do any and all wood or sheet rock work to ensure the highest quality out come since we are professional AC company try to navigate only our area of expertise We have spoke to customer in reguards to his unit that was installed and had nothing but positive things to say.Thank You [redacted]
