We received a call first from the City of Highland regarding Mrs***’s missing potting soil and then she called us directly.? Saying that she thinks one of our drivers walked up on her property and emptied a barrel that held bags of potting soil.? I asked her if she seen one of our drivers take the barrel and empty it and she said no but it was trash day and she know that they did it.? I contacted my drivers that pick up her trash, recycling, and compost and none of them walked up and emptied the barrel.? When I told her that the drivers did not empty the barrel she became very angry and said that if she seen our drivers on her property she threaten to harm them.? I then turned this matter over to [redacted] the owner of the company and he spoke with her and she was very rude and cursed him out.? Our drivers have been instructed not to come on here property (which they do not do anyway) but there is no proof that our company emptied the barrel we will not be reimbursing her for the bags of potting soil.? ?
