David C [redacted] is the property manager of this residence I was staying inMy complaint is of his deduction of a $cleaning service when my roommate and I moved outWhen my roommate and I moved in, we were both promised a full cleaning service of the entire house - at no chargeMultiple attempts made to get our house cleaned as the prior tenant left it filthy, paint chipped/discolored on the walls, with dead roaches everywhere, to no availThe paint did get completed within the first week, but also the paint equipment was all over the house including the ladder, the paint, the brushes, the plastic bags, and more that we had to cleanWe spot cleaned the apartment, swept up almost dead roaches and moved in, but after nearly two weeks with no cleaning service, my roommate and I were forced to clean the entire house by ourselves while constantly killing roaches in the interimFast forward to when we move out - he PROMISED us that it would be no problem to move out by 10am on August
