they can have their items What is more importantly is that this business needs to stop doing business if it can't operate fully Before ordering I reviewed the return exchange policy to ensure that it was an option in case the items didn't fit They have not upheld their policy They have as well wasted my money with me paying for the insured package for the attempt of a return.Sincerely,

Unfortunately there appears to have been a misinterpretation of our initial email to [redacted]. Upon receipt of returned purchase, a merchandise credit was issued in accordance with our return policy as stated allowing for the repurchase of a different size or any other item available on our site....

However we have issued a void to that merchandise credit and issued the expected refund to accomodate [redacted]'s request. A refund notification has been emailed to the address of file.

Unfortunately there appears to have been a break in email communication on our behalf and as a result have granted [redacted] her request of a full refund. The appropriate department has been notified to look into the cause of the break in communication and will be addressing it to ensure the...

minimization of a similar occurrence in the future.
