This letter is in response to my ex tenants complaint of not receiving her deposit back.  [redacted] and her roommate broke the lease they had signed.  I rented the unit after 2 weeks of vacancy.  They also did not pay the utility bills.  Furthermore they left the unit...

damaged.  [redacted] did not even show up to the final walkthrough.  I returned their security/cleaning deposit after subtracting 2 weeks of lease payments, utility bills and damage repairs.  I have not kept more of her money than was due.  [redacted] has ignored the simple math of this situation in favor of trying not to pay her bills.  Her roommate had (at the final walkthrough) agreed with the charges which were due.
