Robert *** is unethical, unprofessional and a swindlerHe dropped my case without any valid reason stating that we had a "conflict of interest"He ignored several of my requests by email, text and voicemail to resolve the situationHe is also very condescending, when you have questions regarding your caseHe is very difficult to talk to and it was always a struggle to get information from himHe was NOTHING like what his reviews on Yelp say (one of the reasons that I chose him)I retained his services in February of and had not made any type of offer months later when he decided that he wanted to drop my case Also, during the time he has represented me he has missed a couple of important Court Hearings, one of them being a DMV hearingI had to hire another attorney because he refused to do the work that I paid him to doI retained his services for a flat fee of $and asked for a partial refund since he did not finish the work that I paid him to doWhen he denied me any type of refund I had to file a fee dispute with the California State BarHe came back with a bill totaling over $for his servicesWHAT A JOKE! Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the State Bar
