This letter is in response to a complaint from [redacted]. Please note that the first letter (which you indicate sent from your office Dec. 22, 2016) was addressed to [redacted], my former office manager who left my practice over a year ago, and was not received by...
me personally. However, your second letter dated January 18, 2017 which was again addressed to [redacted], I did recently receive. I have been in contact with [redacted]'s current orthodontist for the past 3 months regarding continuation of her orthodontic treatment. Also, my current office manager is now auditing Ms. [redacted] account, and addressing the discrepancies Ms. [redacted] brought to our attention. My office will be contacting Ms. [redacted] early next week to resolve her concerns. Thank you.
