Robert L. Feezer Company

My impression in dealing with Robert LFeezer CoInc is that they do not want your business I called them when I had a problem with the quality of my water (because they installed the water treatment system for the prior owner) and they told me my problem was not related to their treatment system and to call a plumber I called a plumber who, after promptly inspecting my system, indicated it was not a problem with my hot water heater and the water treatment system should be inspected Because of my conversations with Robert LFeezer (during which they denied it being a problem with the water treatment system), I had my plumber call them and explain the circumstances to them The first appointment they had was a week later I scheduled the appointment (between and 9:a.m.)
At 8:I called to say I may be a few minutes lateI was told that the technician had not left yet (my house was approximately miles away and it was morning hours during high traffic volume) and that someone would be there by 9: At 9:I called and was told the technician had gone somewhere else first and he was on his way At 10:I called and they were surprised no one was here Soon thereafter they called back and said the technician was sitting on the beltway and it would be better to reschedule
My impression was that they had no intention at any time of ever providing the service I had requested
The woman I spoke to in the office today was courteous and friendly The gentlemen I spoke with on the two prior occasions was curt, rude and did not seem to have any interest in my business
