Review: I had initially consulted with Dr. Beck during a dental office visit and had agreed to a dental implant procedure. Upon my request and upon my behalf, my daughter cancelled my procedure with the dental office of [redacted] Beck one week prior to the rescheduled appointment date of April 15, 2013. She was informed by his office staff on the day of cancellation that monies, almost $12,000, that had already been received from Springstone (finance company for the procedure) by their office, would be returned to Springstone, by their office. I had also pre-paid a $1000 down payment/deposit and in addition, my daughter was also informed that I would be issued a refund check for my portion due of the $1000.

As I have stated, I did not have the dental implant procedure.

My daughter has contacted Dr. Beck’s office on four (4) separate occasions to resolve this matter and to date, has received no response, nor has any monies been refunded/returned.

I am now being billed by the finance company for the near $12,000.Desired Settlement: I want Dr. Beck to return the full monies owed, plus any charged fees, to the finance company that his office kept and submit a letter of explanation to the finance company, as well as to return my portion of my $1000 deposit to me asap.
