Review: Kenderdine's Heating Oil delivered 168.4 gallons of #2 heating oil at a price of $4.349 on 3/12/14 which is approximately two weeks after I called their office to suspend oil deliveries because I was converting to natural gas. I also asked them to have someone contact me to to give me a proposal to replace my HVAC system. When I called to complain they said they would pump out and credit me in full for the remaining oil, which turned to be only if they were awarded the contract to replace my system. Their proposal came in considerably higher that two other reputable contractors and included a statement that a third party would pump out the oil and credit me with no indication of amount. When getting proposals from other vendors I discovered that pumped out oil is considered a waste product and the most I would be credited would be $.75 a gallon.Desired Settlement: Cancel the debt since the delivery was made after I canceled service.
