When we first placed the order for a replacement toilet tank, he assured us he could send it out within a few days. We called him several times for a status after a week or so, because he didn't call us to say there was a delay of why he hasn't shipped. He gave us the runaround for three weeks. After 3 weeks and still no product to ship, and another story from him, I cancelled.
Then he only refunded partially what I paid, trying to charge $60 for a handling fee of a product that was never shipped because he didn't have it to ship.
He hung up on me when I requested a refund, and did not contact me back when I requested the full refund for a product he was unable to fulfill.
