Review: We hired Mr Conner to do mold remediation in our home. The job was completed , however we paid an additional $660 to have a whole house COS and to receive a 10 warranty certificate from NORMI in Florida. I have yet to receive this and never will as I was notified from Normi that they had to discontinue their relation with Mr. Conner due to numerous issued they have had with him. I have spoken with Mr. Conner regarding this and he informed that he would put together something in writing for me that I could use for my homeowners insurance. As my insurance agent has been waiting for the Normi certification. My insurance ageant even contacted him and he still has done nothing. I was advisedby my agent to place a complaint with the Revdex.com. This has been going on since at least June. I feel I have been more than patient. Normi also told me the even if they had not discontinued their relationship with him they would not have been able to issue the certificate as the proper samples and info had not been submitted. I really did not want to have to place the complaint however I had no choice considering this affects my home owners insurance.
