I was contacted by Wynham resorts approximately week after filing the complaint concerning my reservation at the Super in TaosThey have offered me enough reward points to stay night in any of their properties I have accepted that but still don't understand how that mistake occurred

ago. Alex are service man Went to [redacted]'s House on Overtime witch is $96.00 to come out and $96.00 per Hour. When the service Technician arrived at the job the customer said that we installed there unit a weak ago. Alex went into there home check and lower the temperature on the thermostat then went to the back yard found out it was not a unit that Hollaway Meyers installed. I do not understand what is unfair billing when the home owner call the wrong company and then think we should not charge them are normal overtimes service rates for coming to there home. I do find this very offensive that they would turn this over to the Revdex.com because of there mistake
