Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? Two of the same model drill have the same chuck issues.? They have both in their possession and of course they say there is no issue.? They were more concerned with me signing release forms and offering me a lousy set of drill bits in order to do so, than resolving this issue.? Even though I was okay with the third replacement drill of a different model, I am returning it, because I will never buy another bosch product.? Buyers beware Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for bringing this report to our attention. We at *** take product safety very seriously and have reached out to the customer to discuss his incident with the drill. We have replaced this drill with a different model as agreed to with the customer. We have received
the drill today and inspected it. We did not find a problem with the chuck. We believe this issue has been satisfactorily resolved with the customer and ask that you close this report
