Review: We entered into to contracts. One for a new roof that was half completed and one for a retaining wall that has never started. The roof was started in November 2011 and he has never finished it. We gave him $1300 down payment to purchase the wall blocks in Dec 2011 and no block were purchased or no work done. We finally got him to come to our house last year in August and said he would do it in the next month. Nothing happened. First thing this spring we started calling him and in May and he said he hasn't forgotten us. Now his cell phone is disconnected and he will not call us back after leaving numerous messages. I think we have lost our money for the wall and are stuck with a half done roof. Can you help us????Desired Settlement: I just want the roof finished, and we can find someone else to do the wall We would just like to get back our deposit for the wall then.
