I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The law firm representing me did not follow up on informing me with updates. I will send a email and it will not be replied to for 9 weeks. I put in my part and did not receive the representation I agreed to. Communication is important which the firm failed to do for months. Instead they ignored me, ignored my phone calls, ignored my emails, ignored my messages. I'm requesting a refund for lack of representation and follow up. The attorney didn't have the decency in calling me back. They have no pride in their name or service they provide. If I didn't make a complaint I would still be waiting for a response. That's a shame.

Client retained our firm to represent her in a purchase of a property. The Seller never executed their portion of the contract and had switched her attorney a few times. Our client was the purchaser and she wanted to purchase this property and was unsuccessful due to the seller and her...

representatives not providing us with a contract.  The seller does not have an attorney and  we were communicating with a broker who informed us that they fired the attorney they were working with and are looking for a new attorney. It has been a year and no other attorneys have contacted our office to provide a contract of sale, or negotiate a sale for this specific property.I believe that the seller does not want to sell and we have explained to our client that she cannot purchase a property without FULLY EXECUTED CONTRACTS. After the seller fired the first attorney, the contract was deemed null and void and we were not contacted by another attorney to date.
