I have paid upfront for an order that was to be delivered within business daysThe day after I paid the full amount by [redacted] email transfer (last Monday days ago) I got their last reply, saying they would try for the coming weekendThis is now almost days agoDespite daily email / phone inquiries, I got no single replyI still don't know whether or not the order will be readyThey are a week after deadline and leave me completely in the darkThis whole situation is in contrast with what they say on their website on their customer service
Had a very bad experience with Ontario Wide Lumber and would recommend avoiding dealing with this business We puchased 1Xpine flooring Spoke to [redacted] and he sent us pictures of beautiful flooring material - nice and clean - told it was Grade or They required payment up front and the delivery was over hrs late When the product arrived (in the middle of the night), it was very poor quality - heavily knotted with many large holes where knots were and 50% of the boards were heavily blue stained Tried repeatedly to get in touch with the owner and voice our concerns and get a refund We were ignored and never got any resolution from the company [redacted]
I made a deal with Ontario Wide Lumber on Feb.22,for $worth of v-joint, casing, baseboard,etcA deposit of $was made to a named bank accountDelivery was to be no later than FebSince then I have made phone calls; all unanswered and not responded toAfter several emails, dates of delivery were agreed to, but never occurredFinally on Mar30th, delivery was made, but only part of the order
