Robert Ally Tree Service

I paid this man to cut trees in my yard and paid him to do so. He cut all but three trees. One can/will hit my house if we should have a strong wind/tornado. I've contacted him several times and he keeps saying he's coming to cut them. It is 8 months later , and he still has not cut them. He has also blocked my calls.
