MR. Robert *** and his associate was hired to evaluate and repair hydraulic transmission jack on 11/29/2019 for the dealership, upon arrival the jack was given to Mr. for evaluation, he never gave a estimate for repairs but took it upon himself and complete repairs and then presented a invoice for $1250.00. I said to him I never gave you approval to complete the repair without first letting me know how much it cost, however he made a adjustment to $1050.00 with 6 months warranty instead 12 months for additional $200.00. I went along and paid for services rendered and jack operational at that time. On January 22nd our jack started leaking out all the oil profusely and became inoperable , I call Mr. several times to no avail, from im on my way several times to no show, ill be there tomorrow, no show and now avoiding all calls .Very poor business practice .
