manner. [redacted] was presented a suite of products and he choose to purchase a service contract. He signed off on the menu agreeing to purchase the service contract as well. He has every right to cancel the Service Contract (he may have already done so) but in cancelling the contract the financial institution ([redacted] is the finance company) will reduce the value of the loan by the full cancellation price thereby in essence reducing the term of the initial loan. I shared with [redacted] he has every right to personally seek to re-finance the balance of the loan with another institution and if the service contract was cancelled the balance would not include that amount.
