The response from Carfagno only leads to an additional Revdex.com investigation I need to enact against *** companiesI will immediately complete a Revdex.com inquiry complaint with *** and until that time I cannot bring this matter to a close with Carfagno until all parties involved agree or disagree to the terms of my complaintReleasing Carfagno at this early stage in the investigation prior to allowing *** to respond is premature. October 15, 2016Dear *** ***,I am in receipt of your correspondenceI also have corresponded with *** *** as wellWe never deceived *** *** he was offered a service contract and he purchased itThe loan was never contingent upon a service contract nor was it explained in that
manner*** *** was presented a suite of products and he choose to purchase a service contractHe signed off on the menu agreeing to purchase the service contract as wellHe has every right to cancel the Service Contract (he may have already done so) but in cancelling the contract the financial institution (*** *** is the finance company) will reduce the value of the loan by the full cancellation price thereby in essence reducing the term of the initial loanI shared with *** *** he has every right to personally seek to re-finance the balance of the loan with another institution and if the service contract was cancelled the balance would not include that amountHowever we will not pay off his current loan nor re-contract him.Sincerely,Craig M.
