WE got bids from [redacted] to do four separate things . Had a new roof put on our Arizona room, and had to call them back to correct bad installation, They came back right away and corrected the problem area. However my complaint is with the wife, [redacted]. Upon completion of the roof job, [redacted] said he would be back in a "couple of weeks " to do the rest of the jobs we agreed upon. When we called to confirm when they would be out to start the rest of the work, [redacted] said basically that I was lying about what [redacted] had said to me. She said that because we had not signed a contract with them for the rest of the work, she would not put us on a schedule. I think that our jobs were not lucrative enough. Because of [redacted]'s response and the way she talked to my wife over the phone, I could not in good conscience recommend them.
