One of the worst service oriented companies we have dealt with. Earlier in the year we called to let them know our spa was draining when we turned on the spa. Supposedly they fixed it. We had not used the spa as the summer arrived. After a beautiful rain cooling we decided to try it again it drained. I called the company they sent a repair person out. Come to find out the person they sent before just removed the parts and never replaced them. So they sent someone out to fix it promptly charged our credit card for the repair. We came home and again it is draining. They promised to send someone out and no one has arrived. I do not recommend this company.
