I received a phone call today from *** *** regarding a mailing that she received. She stated that she was not interested in selling her house and that she would like to be removed from my mailing list. I indicated to her that I buy these public lists from a third party
(*** ***) out of California and that I do not maintain a data base of names nor do I have the capability of removing consumers from the list I purchase. It is the policy of *** *** that the consumer (*** *** in this case) remove themselves from the list. They will not process requests by meConsequently, I directed *** *** to my website which has a link on the home page directing people on how to be removed from the list I purchaseIt should also be noted that the last list I purchased and mailed to *** ***'s zip code was in May of which would lead me to believe that she is receiving mailers from other companies. I received the mailer the same day I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI called Mailers Haven and the representative said they could not remove my contact information
