After many different versions reported by the hotel, they ran out of reasons as to why I shouldn't receive my moneyThe fact is, I followed their directions, I called back with ample time for them to rent the room to someone elseSomeone at the hotel messed up by not taking my name off the unused roomI asked the clerk twice if everything was taken care of, and my name was clearedShort of standing over their shoulder to make sure things were done right, I don't know what more I could've done
