I ordered face masked 4/8/20, I have sent 5 emails to the company, with no reply. First about status, and I asked for a cancellation of order. I then received the items this week, I ordered 4 masks, only 2 were delivered, but I was invoiced for 4, and they so the order has been filled. I have sent emails, asking for then to call and rectify this, with no response. In a time when we do this items, and I understand companies are busy, but to not respond at all over a one month period to any email in not good. Their product sucks, I do not want the items, and want a refund.
