Had my car for 3 months and not fix yetThe second time I went to go get my car he said there another problem wit my car when he did original diagnose he told me one problem then when I came back the second time it was another problem so I said go head and fix it then I go back a third time it's another problem I have a [redacted]Desired SettlementI want the $1000 refund down payment I gave to start repairs and to pay for my car to b towed to another location Business Response I think it is important to note that this customer left New Jersey with the knowledge that their vehicle had engine problems. Once arriving in North Carolina, the engine failed. The vehicle was diagnosed with a failed timing chain. I understand the customers' frustration with the failure of their parts. We advised the customer up front that there may be more damage than what we could initially see, furthermore the customer asked that we not begin working on the car until they were able to gather the rest of the funds. Once we began repairs it became evident that more work would be needed, the customer declined any further repair and allowed the car to be returned to the bank. We don't feel that we have done anything wrong or outside of the normal repair procedure.This customer never allowed us to complete repairs nor did they pay the bill in its' entirety. We are disheartened that we have an unsatisfied customer, however we didn't cause his issue, nor did we exacerbate his troubles, we only performed the work that we originally agreed to do.
