I would like to be refunded money I paid over for the last billing period.I went online on January 21, 2015 to pay my bill. Everything seemed to be going well until I hit submit and got an error. I tried it again and then left it alone. Later that day I looked in my account and nothing was charged. I went back to the website and it did not appear to be paid so I paid it again. I did not have any problems that time. I use this method all the time with no issues. However, when I looked at my account on Jan. 22nd I saw that the bill was paid 3 times. I did not get a chance to call until today and was told that I cannot get my money refunded; I can only get a credit. However, if I had called that day it could have been done. There is no way I could have called about it on that day because it was not showing up in my account. I found out over the weekend and called on Monday.I don't understand this practice.
