I have been a patient at the methadone treatment center in Virginia for six years I was on 120 mg of methadone I was detoxed three days ago because of losing my job I was told by my counselor that there was several people in the clinic that owed alot more money than me and they weren't even beginning to be detoxed I was also told I was detox too fast I was detox down 12 mg a day for 10 days and it should've only been 10 now I'm sick as a dog and Christmas and nowhere to go to get help I thought this place was there to help people not throw to the street if they couldn't pay I talked with the director and told her that I would receive several thousand dollars at tax time I could catch it up and that was not good enough

Review: Was a patient at Roanoke methadone clinic paid for future medication , I was discharged before medication was received . Had balance of a 100' dollars that I never received was told would have refund in 6. -8 weeks which I never received . Have been lied too , avoided ; calls screened

Promise to receive for the last 6 months but haven't received a penny or notice of why every time I call they say 6- 8 weeks and it's been 7 months . But if I hadn't paid would have been kicked out and refused service .please help.Desired Settlement: Refund , apology , better customer service and regular overview to make shore there not rip others off. As well as firing the lying director
