We have spoken with our guest: Mr*** *** ***, via
telephone regarding complaint #***.
During the conversation, we expressed our sincerest apologies
for the negative impact that this inconvenience had on what should have been a
very joyous and memorable experienceOur management team has since identified
the unique circumstances that led to this situation, and more importantly, what
steps are necessary to prevent this from ever happening again
We feel that Mr***’s refund request for the total room and
tax of his initial reservation, is both reasonable and understandableWe will
issue a refund for that amount immediatelyAdditionally, it is our aim to
provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, and our hope is
that Mr*** will allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselvesTherefore,
we would like to extend a substantial discount for any future reservation
should Mr*** be willing to stay at any of our resorts across the U.S

we know it is imperative that our guests are treated well and we strive to
improve not only their vacation experience, but our customer service skills
with each and every client.  I have spoken with the customer over the
phone and we have resolved this issue by accommodating them with a 3 bedroom at
Glacier Canyon for the following Friday that they are more than delighted to
accept.  We apologize for the confusion that occurred between our
reservationist and the customer and feel that the desired settlement was
achieved between both parties.
