I checked in to the hotel and laid down to rest. However I woke up two hours later covered in bed bugs and 30 plus bites. It was like a horror movie. I went to the front desk to complain and they were still crawling on me as I spoke to the desk clerk.I got a refund for the night but had to leave all my belongings behind to not spread them. I had to strip naked in the lot before getting in my car. While trying not to expose myself. The embarrassment as people watched and talked in the lot and I can't get the manager or owner to contact me back and I have tried several times to reach them but just get push to the side or ignored. I don't know what to do but ask for your help.
Replacement I would like an appology from the owner or manager. Reimbursed for my belongings my medical check up paid for and all meds I had to purchase and my two days missed work my car extermination for safety reasons and precautions
We have received the guest complaint filed with the Revdex.com concerning Mr.
Mr. made a reservation with our hotel using the Advanced Purchase option opt-ing for a 15% discount and agreeing to make his reservation non-cancellable and non-refundable. Upon his arrival, he immediately wanted to cancel because he had found a lower rate at another lodging establishment. We kindly informed him, that he had made a non-cancellable and non-refundable reservation. After telling him this, he checked in and went to the room. An hour later, he came back to the front desk claiming his room had bed bugs.
In an effort to make Mr. not cause a scene, the clerk refunded him immediately (even though it was a non-refundable and non-cancellable reservation).
He claims he left the hotel naked and leaving all of his belongings at the hotel; however we did not find anything belonging to Mr. in the room he occupied.
Mr. actually left the hotel and went to the hotel immediately next to us, where he before mentioned to the clerk that he was getting a lower rate.
On February 23, 2020 at 11:58PM Mr. sent a fax demanding settlement money. On February 26, 2020 he again sent a fax at 3:34AM threatening the hotel that he would go public with his accusation should the hotel not pay the settlement. Mr. first called my staff in the middle of the night to get the fax number from one of my desk clerks, and has continuously harassed my management and staff with his calls and faxes. In fact, a police report has been filed in regards to the harassment. The officer specifically told us "He will probably send you more faxes, but just hang on to them and file them"
Furthermore, the room Mr. stayed in for an hour was checked and immediately rented to another guest the following morning with no complaints at all.
We kindly request the removal of this falsified complaint from your system and greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
Kind Regards

That is not true...The clerk that checked me in saw the bed bugs for herself and I also have videos and pics of bed bugs and I have never stayed at the hotel next to the Roadway Inn. I guess if they are not gonna do the right thing then I will have to contact a lawyer to proceed...Im just asking for them to do the right thing no more no less. Just be a decent human and do the right thing.
