Good Morning, Customer inspected the car and test drove it times he checked everything and said the car need an alignment so we took it to the shop and took care of it if there is any damage the alignment shop would have acknowledged usyet the did it and he drove it and was satisfied with it the car lift the lot with working A/C as he stated also we where asking price of $and gave him a discount for $also he asked us for a third party warranty and we went ahead and provided him with one and paid for it out of our pocketif you have any more questions please cal lus at [redacted]

The vehicle did not have any warning lights it was working fine leaving our lot. When the customer received the vehicle he had some issues as and we came to a agreement and reimbursed him for what he requested. All buyers can have pre buy inspection companies check the vehicles on their behalf... before purchase especially for out of state buyers and this is stated in our ads. These are used vehicles we do our best to describe them as well as check them before having them for sale.

We were never going to do the financing for this deal the customer was dealing with her own bank..We very clear when we spoke on the phone,we had told the customer the deposit was to take the vehicle *** and it was non refundable so she had the option and decided to go with deposit
