LAS is aware of the situation with the customer. The customer purchased an outswing door and he is concerned about the lock being opened from the outside. The doors do not come fabricated to prevent this. Our Expeditor Louie has gone out to meet with the customer to go over the
fabrication of the door. There is nothing that can be done to the door to prevent this. The door is installed correctly and installation is complete

LAS' Sales Manager, Mike W[redacted] will be contacting [redacted] before the week is out. He will discuss the concerns [redacted] has with his purchased door.
We have spoken to [redacted] and his installation is set for Saturday 7/30. Time frames on the contract is just an estimated time frame, he has arched windows and the material had to be ordered which was a delay on fabrication. When we spoke with [redacted] we did promise once...
all was fabricated we would do the installation ASAP, we had originally told him it would be sometime the week of 8/1, but we are able to do it on Saturday 7/30. When we did however speak with [redacted] he didn't want to listen to the explanation on as to what had happened for the delay in the job. The installation was not set for July 8th, the jobs are never set for installation with out confirmation of the job being completely fabricated.
