The Valley Roadrunner ran a feature article for the business in which the owner wasn't happy withWe know for fact the article brought her business, as our office received calls asking for their contact information We offered to let the business owner either correct or re-write her own versionShe chose to re-write the entire article herself, which we ran onlineThe first ad was run in our Q [redacted] The 2nd ad requested by this client would have run in our Q [redacted] , but was pulled at the request of the client since she "felt uncomfortable" having more than one Mobile Grooming businesses in the magazine This client wanted to be the only mobile grooming business ad in the magazine We already refunded her Qmagazine ad since it was pulled, but we will not be refunding her Qad since it ran with no problemsAt no time did we ever offer to run a "free ad" for this client, and we reserve the right to refuse to do business with this client
When the subscription order was placed online by the subscriber, he entered his address in the incorrect fields of the online subscription formWhen our office was notified (via website contact form on Oct 12) by the subscriber that he did not receive his subscription, we checked his account and determined the address was entered in incorrectlyOur office manager corrected the address for the subscriber and responded to his email informing of suchWe also contacted the local post office, if his paper was returned for that day of the correct address The next issue the subscriber would receive is this weeks issue, which would arrive in his mailbox on Friday, October Today, Monday, October our office manager received two additional emails from the subscriber, one from yesterday (Sunday, office closed), and another today (Monday) threatening he would contact Revdex.com if we do not provide a refund within daysToday, Monday October 16, a voicemail was left for our receptionist traced to the subscribers work line, using inappropriate languageOur office manager sent a follemail to subscriber to clarify we are a weekly paper, not a daily, and how he would like to proceed [redacted] ***r, publisher
