DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked my pickup at least 10 days in advance. My salesperson told me i'd be contacted within the next 48 hours to confirm the carrier assigned. As my date approached and I hadn't heard anything, I began calling for status. Each time, I got absolutely no information from the robot-like "customer service reps". I even stressed that we were moving out of state and had plane tickets purchased for the day after our scheduled pickup. NOT ONLY DIDN'T THEY SHOW UP to pick up our vehicle, but noone even called to say they had not found a carrier. To add insult to injury, when I called to cancel the pickup, they had someone call me back to rudely advise me that they had now found a carrier for the following week. No apology, no nothing. He even argued with me about the fact that when I called and didn't receive info, that should've been my indication that they weren't going to show. We now have to incur additional costs to fly back to have the car shipped by another carrier. Pay a little more and go with a company that actually cares about service.
