Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The letter is not addressed to me, and my personal information has not been taken into account in the responseI have been sending electronic messages, as directed, to Roadmice for over years, witn never getting a
response Roadmice are still offered through Sky Mall, and yet you refuse to mention them, even though they are a licensed distributer of your prodcut.
This response was nothing more than the same paragraphs copy and pasted over and over again, arriving on the exact day that the caes would be closingYou have not even offered to repair the damanged product, instead sending me, as a consumer, off to two or three other companies you mention, which are NO WHERE listed on the box that the mouse came in.
You are obviiously unwilling and unable to stand by your product and create good customer relations with a customer that wantes no more than what was paid, and begen writing to you, since you have no phone, half way throught the one year of warrenty, and never getting a response.
Since you won't offer to tix the mourse yourself, nor refund my money, nor offer to replace the damaged unit, then you are totally avoiding your own warrentyYou leave a customer than no choice but to throw the mouse away and lose thier investments.
