We apologize for any miscommunication and are looking into how this matter could have been handled better by our Broker Josh [redacted].  Client satisfaction is a top priority for all of our Brokers and we certainly don't want any of our clients to feel like they have been overcharged for our...

services.  Therefore, we are issuing a refund in the amount of $400 to Ms. [redacted].  The check will be in the mail to her today, 9/28/2015, and we hope this satisfies the matter.
