Roadmaster Service Center

Company was found as a Roadside care for trucking company, they were called due to air lines busting. First mechanic arrived, did not have enough air line nor valves to complete the job, that driver went back to the shop, the manager sent another driver back to my truck. This driver noticed the brake chamber had to be replaced, he went back to the shop and brought back the wrong brake chamber, now we were on the 3rd trip back to the shop and driver not fixed. 5 hours later the trailer was fixed, it should not the trucking companies fault that the mechanics were not prepared for the road side call, that is their specialty. I asked for the manager *** to refund 40 min for one of the return runs to the shop, he would not and said he owned the company and he was doing nothing! The other point I need to point out is the 2nd mechanic sent had to waist time assessing the repairs needed which took even more time. I wanted the manager to understand the predicament and he would not. Poor customer service.
