denies the allegations contained withinMr***s ComplaintA review of our records, as well as Mr***sown Complaint, indicate that he was informed on or about May 15, 2015,of the total cost of tuition and expenses associated with attendance ofRoadmaster Commercial Driver Training ProgramThe advertised price,as with any goods or services for sale, does not include any interest onfinancing obtained by the customer to pay for such goods or services.Roadmaster Drivers School disclosed the cost of tuition and expenses toMrSmith prior to his enrollmentRoadmaster Drivers School providesfinancial assistance to those students who qualify, however all studentsare free to find alternative methods of payment such as cash or thirdparty financingIn addition to financial assistance for those studentswho qualify, Roadmaster assists students in obtaining employment withnational carriers who maintain various tuition reimbursement programsto assist their new hires with making the monthly payments on theireducational loans.Roadmaster Drivers School provides first class training toindividuals seeking their Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License.Roadmaster employs professional individuals to teach its curriculumAsdisclosed in the Student Catalog, any issues or concerns with trainingshould be addressed directly with the on-site School Director.Alternatively, students are provided contact information for the corporateoffices of Roadmaster Drives School should they not wish to discuss theirconcerns with the School DirectorMrSmith did not voice any of hisconcerns to Roadmaster's School Director during his brief attendance ofRoadmaster's program.Roadmaster Drivers School provides reasonable accommodationsupon request to all individuals with a qualified disability in accordancewith applicable Federal, state and local re,o;ulationsMrSmith neverrequested any sort of accommodations concerning his alleged learningdisabilityHad MrSmith made such a request, Roadmaster would havebeen more than willing to provide MrSmith with reasonableaccommodations to allow him to successfully complete the classroomportion of the course.Thank you for your attention to this matterShould you have anyquestions concerning the foregoing, please do not hesitate to contact myoffice directly at *** *** *** ***Sincerely,*** ** *** **In-House CounselEncls
