What I find to be most ridiculous is that they will charge the customer $based on the condition they receive the package; however, when the customer receives a broken product, Road Bike Outlet takes zero responsibility AND they want me to pay the outbound shipping costNeedless to say, I will not be doing any business with them in the future
Granted, it's written in their return policy but *** showed zero sympathy and kept reciting the return policy on the phone which wasn't helpfulHe even had the audacity to say in a sarcastic tone, "Maybe next time when you order a product online you'll read the return policy." I'M SORRY I DON'T ALWAYS EXPECT TO RECEIVE A BROKEN PACKAGE
